Love it
August 9, 2019I have been living at Kenyon Square for five years, and I have been very happy with it. I feel safe because of the interior doors (with a fob needed to access the building after hours). It is more affordable than any of the comparably nice complexes in the area. It is well-maintained, and everyone that works there is very friendly. They sometimes have programming in the common areas where you can meet your neighbors and get some free food. Overall, I am happy to be here and will be sad when I ...move out.Property Manager Responded

Maintenance is AWESOME
September 1, 2017I seriously thought I broke my garbage disposal. I have no idea what got down it, but I thought it was going to be a big issue. I put in a request to fix my garbage disposal at like 10pm at night and they fixed it the next day while I was at work. Not only did they fix it, but they left me a twix candy bar as well. They 'twixed it.' Very fast and reliable maintenance staff!!!Property Manager Responded
