Roach infestation

on April 26, 2024, between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. During the meeting, I expressed the concerns and health issues I've been experiencing since moving into the apartment complex, specifically the roach infestation and related health problems. Unfortunately, the options presented to address these issues do not seem to effectively resolve the source of the problems or alleviate my health concerns.

not only affecting my well-being but also impacting my ability to perform my job effectively. The frequent visits to the emergency room during my work hours are disruptive and add to the stress of the situation.
The proposed solutions do not adequately address my concerns. Firstly, the option to transfer to another unit does not provide comparable amenities to my current unit, particularly the in-unit washer and dryer, which were key selling points. Additionally, I would incur unnecessary moving expenses due to circumstances beyond my control.
Even with proof/hardcore evidence, they disregard my desire to no longer be in a contract with them due to their fault.
