Roaches

I have cockroaches crawling out of my kitchen and bathroom and the building is claiming they do not have an infestation. They use ineffective "exterminators" who failed to get rid of the problem once already and now it has been months and I am dealing with more roaches, and they are growing. Gross.

The outside of apartment building is newly remodeled but not all necessarily for the better and no improvements that should be made on the inside have been done. The pool was recently made smaller and trees were replaced with succulents and the kitchen and bathrooms are very much outdated. The building is rare in that they have 1 bedroom loft homes which are nice for those of you who need just a little extra space. But beware, this apartment is NOT rent controlled so the price WILL go up! ...
Other than those draw backs, the building is nice and quiet and in a great area of Sherman Oaks.
