  • Horrible black mold

    October 27, 2023
    I have dealt with horrible black mold living here . Especially in my 1 year old daughters bedroom and bathroom . All they do is paint over it . The gate never works the pool has been closed most of the time I've lived here . It's dirty and cats poop everywhere ! Do not rent from this place !

  • Needs improvement

    I have lived in a 2/2.5 apartment at Keys Lake Villas for 2.5 years. The apartments are new and nice. Appliances and finishings are of mid level quality. Carpet in the living room is a pain, and needs perpetual cleaning. Pool and Gym at clubhouse are nice amenities. Drawbacks include 2 straight years of rent increases. No choices for cable/internet (comcast only). Not much storage.
