Horrible
January 13, 2025Where to start. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Crack in the tub was simply epoxyed over TWICE and when it cracked again our last night there they tried to charge us for repairs. Pool is never open. Internet is pretty trash. Our car was stolen while living here and none of the cameras work except on the club house so they were no help.Review from Apartments.com

Great place to live

Terrible WiFi / Noisy neighbors
June 20, 2019Terrible WiFi that randomly goes out, residents that drive four wheelers around the construction, new constant construction ongoing very loud, high way very close and loud. Overall not a great place to live long term.Review from Apartments.com
Be prepared for subpar internet
June 21, 2018One of the big things that this complex pushes/advertises is that they pay for your internet. I was hesitant about how the quality of the internet would be, but was assured by the leasing agents that they haven't had any real issues in the 2 years that they have been open. Well in the 3mo I've lived here we have had the internet go out for extended periods of time 2 of those months. The most recent going on 5 days with no internet. The apartment complex as offered nothing to those impacted, and ...disregards those who bring it up to talk to them about it. Don't buy the false promise of free internet at this place. Over promise and under deliver would be an accurate statement for this complex.Property Manager Responded

Keystone is a pretty great place to live
July 26, 2017I moved here on a whim because me and my roommate were the first people to ever rent the apartment but I absolutely love it here. The appliances are all updated and maintenance responds quickly to any issues. Also, I love the dark cabinets and the marble countertops and how is the two bedroom the master bedroom is quite large. My only downside is that parking can sometimes be tight here because it's completely open parking for visitors and everyone else.
