We moved here from out of state back in early June. This was the very first property we toured. Nothing else even came close in comparison. The incredible staff team here made every step of viewing, signing, and moving in a breeze. They're available by phone or email and extremely responsive. I’ve been living here for two years. I live in phase 2 which is located on the side next to minike car shop. Overall this place is wonderful, the leasing office staff is great as well as the maintenance team. It’s a great location for food as well as grocery shopping. It is also a safe place to live, I haven’t had any problems with break ins or car jacking. Only downfall is that kids are often left unattended and are bit messy as they leave trash/soccer balls in the playground area. Aside from ...
