AC Repair Just moved in and the AC wasn't working. It ran the fan, but it wasn't cooling at all.
They quickly sent someone out to repair it, found the problem, and swapped out parts. Once it was determined that wasn't enough, they replaced the entire AC unit which functions perfectly.

Deleted work orders A lot of my work orders keep being deleted without the work being done. As a 12 yr resident that is disrespectful. I like staying here but if new residents get work done before me that is not okay in my opinion. I've been asking for fans and a single blind replaced for years now.

Movie theater usage/management personal complaints The schedule for the movie theater should be from Monday to Saturday, having it from mon-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm is nonsense that’s the time we the residents are working, I would like to use the amenities with my kids on weekends but is closed. Plus management should be more flexible when it comes to hearing music on our apartments, one day I was just cleaning hearing some loud music on a speaker inside my unit and was 11 am , not night and the ...
manager was doing a daily walk thru, immediately complained about it, i understand that’s is not appropriate on night to not disturb neighbors but during the day? Plus was the management personal complaint not any neighbor did, is my home and I wanna feel comfortable where I’m paying to live at and I’m sure I’m not disturbing no neighbor by listening music during the day when mos tenants are working.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how important it is to have access to community amenities at times that work best for your schedule, especially for weekend use with family. At this time, the movie theater is temporarily unavailable due to a projector issue, but we are working to address this. For reference, our standard theater hours do include Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM during normal operations.
In regard to the noise concern, our team addressed the situation after music from the apartment was clearly audible from across the street during a routine walk. While we understand wanting to enjoy your home during the day, volume levels that carry beyond the immediate unit can still disrupt the community, regardless of the time.
We appreciate you bringing your concerns forward and are always open to continued conversation. Please feel free to reach out to the leasing office if you would like to discuss this further.
