The apartments are magnificent! The location, the cleanliness, the serenity. You will be more than satisfied before you even move in. Customer service is a top notch. Jason made my inquiry and application so smooth and he so understanding and caring for military folks. By far, he is the best landlord I have engaged.

Apartment was completely new when moving in and while it didn't initially offer vacuum, dryer and kitchen fan, the owner was quick to provide those In a effortless manner. Quiet community for the most part with owner stepping in, in case things start getting rowdy. Also a higher sense of security with a couple of police cars stationed around the premises.
Lastly, utilities and internet being included is also very nice!

This is what I expect to be more expensive than the majority of apartments around SC, but it is reasonably priced, and you get more than what you paid for in terms of quality and professionalism. I asked about the availability because I know these are going to fill up fast. I love how the developer is selective on not letting everyone rent that does not provide the needed the information (lots of scammers these days) this is the safest I have felt in over 2 years. It’s like living in a place that has all of the models out at Lowes Hardware available for use in your home! Everything is high-class and it works! No fake bells or whistles.

Coming from a really expensive apartment community, this place makes the previous place on Two-Notch road feel like a half-way house in a ghetto area. I love the oversized island, the brand new appliances and the sound construction. Even the paint is silk-like on the walls. The maintenance staff is the most respectful and professional. Jason is the best!

This is the best apartment that I have lived in for 100’s of dollars less! The developer is amazing and always on-site for questions and answers. I have told all of my friends to rent here!
