April 23, 2025I have lived here for 14 years. Only complaint I have is I am in a non upgrade apt and have the original carpet. It really needs carpet or flooring. And had a leak from upstairs over a month ago and the maintenance ppl have never returned to fix the drywall . I am 70 and I believe residents that have been here as long as I have should not have there rent raised. I appreciate any feed back .Property Manager Responded
