Nice apartments, poor management

During the time I’ve lived here, there have been THREE different property managers. That’s 3 in a little over a year.
Construction has been ongoing since I toured the facility. There has been no communication as to when it will be done. No amenities have been available despite being advertised as luxury. Worst of all, there is NO parking. There are more residents than there are parking spots, and none of the managers have been willing to help. Instead, we get bombarded with emails emphasizing ...
that our cars will be towed if they aren’t in a parking spot. With more buildings being added and more residents moving it, I truly have no idea where everyone is going to fit for parking.
The apartments themselves are nice. However, you will be able to hear your upstairs and downstairs neighbors at all times. The maintenance team is really wonderful and they answer requests in a timely manner.
Overall, it’s not a bad place to live but management is where this property is lacking. At this time where there are NO amenities and minimal parking, it is not worth the rent to live here.
