Nice neighbors, paper thin walls in the Townhomes

The neighbors are all nice. Good location, but on a busy street. The walls in the Townhomes are like a hotel, can hear the neighbors talking and closing cabinets and doors. All new apartments. Hopefully it won't go on the downslide
