Cheap but comfortable
April 25, 2020It is a great price and a great location. Pros: price, location, clean, good storage in bedrooms, storage locker. Negatives, laundry rooms are not the best, small bathroom, no AC, one parking space. Overall this is not a bad place to live. We lived here for two years and enjoyed it. Could have we had better? Yes but not for the price we paid and not for the location. Walking distance to the university, bus stop on the corner, and two blocks from the park. Can’t beat it.Review from Apartments.com
