Great value - vintage 1960 design & architecture
January 17, 2019Ignore the old review talking about the heat in Lompoc. It has one of the mildest climates in the US & the central coast of California. If you have one of the apartments facing west, and upstairs, you will get the afternoon sun. Close your blinds, open your windows & door for cross ventilation and you’ll be fine. Built in the 1960’s the insulation isn’t what is used today. Considering that the 80 degrees is a Heatwave & rarely happens, you can keep your place comfortable easily.Review from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015From the apartment window's gaze extends one of south California's hilliest landscapes, marked by dry grass, and titian mesas that rise behind the swaying palms that offer shade from the intense heat. Such a shame they can offer no relief from the heat from behind the glass. The actual flat is squalid and humid. Cramped from poor architecture, sweltering during the summer, and overpriced for the single bedroom it wants to offer.Review from Apartments.com
