It was great living here for the 2 years since they opened. I want to shout out a good review to the security guard Mario - he did his job and was a great person to talk to. The amenities were nice, however things would break or we would be limited with what we could use (such as ping pong table stuck outside, pool curfew, gaming lounge curfew at 11pm, etc.). Nice furnishings and comfortably quiet place to live. As a student, sometimes there can be other people who are not quiet enough - lots of ...

Good apartment but a little slow

The apartment itself if good and everything I clean as far as living goes. The main issue is that when there are problems such as WiFi not working in the first couple weeks of move in, they can be a little slow to resolve it.

Great Spaces, location and ammenties

I can say ingad no Issues until my AC went out in the thick n of summer. My iunit was reading during those 6 days in the mid high 80’s. All leasing non management Staff was great during my tour, application process and subsequent move in. Had no issues until recently (last month of my lease and my goodness Johnathan and Marzellous were very nasty. I was at fault initially (fine print in the 89 pg lease) but they both were nasty.
