While crime is an issue that can affect any community, we take our residents' concerns and any incidents very seriously. Our community offers a professional on-site management team, as well as a courtesy patrol after the Leasing Office is closed, to assist in deterring criminal activity. We strongly encourage you to report any suspected illegal activity to both local law enforcement and our office as soon as possible so that incidents can be followed up on appropriately. We would like to provide you with the opportunity to discuss any and all concerns further (including maintenance service issues) and we invite you to contact our community's property manager at your earliest convenience. We hope that we will hear from you soon.

Lot of bad things happening in this society which is not safe for people. Not at all safe for you and your family. And top of that what we get is, template reply from management.
