    I have lived at Kings Ames Apartments a little over a year. I am impressed how fast the response time is for service. I went to the office to tell them my garbage disposal didn’t work and as soon as I got back they were knocking on the door to fix it. The pool is beautiful and all the stuff around it playground, basketball and BB grills Laundry is good, but I wish there were more.machines. I leave very early for work and the in the winter everything is pretty much all clear. Very happy ...

    At first I liked these apartments but I was told by someone in the office to make my two year old son eat on something other then the carpet, they got mad because my 2year old son messed up the carpet in the apartment I was paying rent at , then I just moved into a two bedroom in when I say that apartment wasn’t even ready for move in every thing messed up I came into that apartment it was a dead roach on my wall , that’s so nasty then the tube is chipping the walls in the bathroom is chipping ...

    I lived at Kings Arms for a little less than a year right out of college. Now that I've been living somewhere else for awhile, I actually miss my first apartment at Kings Arms and am considering moving back after my current lease is up. The neighbors are all pleasant, the staff is wonderful, the units are very well maintained and the complex is quiet and clean.

    This two bedroom apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The layout is not typical of normal apartments, it feels more like a home or Condo. The entrance is not in the living room like typical apartments. Closet space is awesome. Two walk in closets in the master bedroom, large closets in the main hallway and second bedroom with additional storage in the basement. Kitchen is large and spacious equipped with a dish washer and plenty of cabinet space. Kitchen looks out onto the dinning ...
    area and balcony. Complex also let residents paint interior walls of units to make every unit feel more like home. Laundry onsite in the basement of every building. This is a great place to call home.
