Only because I can’t give zero stars and still comment. But management is very rude, disrespectful, and are crooks. They harass the elder tenants. Nothing gets fixed and it’s infested with roaches that they won’t do anything about it. My apt flooded multiple times and only after I decided to not renew, did they send someone to clean the carpet to try to keep me but I still left. The cleaners chipped the wall on the corners. The cabinets over the stove was on the verge of falling. The stove was ...
not leveled. They will try to keep your security deposit by making things up or exaggerating small issues like tv bracket holes. so make sure to take pics and videos before leaving if you still decide to rent here. Also document any and every incident no matter how small. The only plus side is the location. It’s a really convenient spot. But not worth the headache. Choose one of the other complexes nearby if you can. Anywhere but king’s court

I will be living here for almost three months and they haven't fixed anything in my apartment. Management and maintenance are horrible because they don't do anything. Even though the property itself is old, the manager and maintenance make it feel like home, christmas lights up, door decorating contest and every time I have a problem the manager is very understanding, maintenance always comes on time and goes above and beyond.
