Infested with roaches
July 5, 2023It’s 2023 and the reviews from 3 years ago are very much so true ! I moved here hoping the reviews were wrong and to my surprise they were not ! My downstairs neighbors have roaches so bad they crawl through the cracks on my walls on second floor and when you ask the manager to exterminate they only do your apartment instead of the whole building which defeats the purpose. I’m reporting them to town and state because at this point I shouldn’t have to pay rent for unwelcome house guest courtesy of ...lazy management. Amazing Apartment
February 15, 2021The renovated apartments are really good, management and maintenance staff is very helpful. The courtyard is beautiful and well maintained. During the snow storms, snow was shoveled off of stairs and sidewalks promptly. There was so issue with parking, but it was resolved last year. This is one of the better apartments I've lived in Woodbridge. And its cheaper than the other places.Review from Apartments.com
Roaches
October 15, 2020Ever since I first moved in here I’ve been complaining of giant roaches that the maintenance calls water bugs (same family). They sometimes have an exterminator come but it’s still a problem. Parking lot is full of pot holes. Can’t wait to move out.Review from Apartments.com
Kings Gardens
June 13, 2020It’s an okay beginner apartment. Most of the buildings are infested with roaches. The parking is horrible, tenants park their buses / work vehicles in the lot with their personal cars. The matience staff does nothing but walk around the complex all day. There is one building that has a back porch, which is fenced in. Completely unfair.
