Constant noise and screaming
January 26, 2018Absolutely horrible! I wish I had viewed this place in the evening because that's when you see what really goes on here. The walls are so thin you can hear every single word, noise, toilet flush, shower, door, everything. They blast music all hours of the night and then you wake up bright and early to a domestic fight - screaming, crying, doors slamming...police need to have a satellite office here. RUN don't rent here!!!!Property Manager Responded

Poor manage management
December 16, 2017Poor and unprofessional management. My microwave blew off it took them a month to replace it and the charge me $ 225.00 . I spoke to Diane who said she cannot do anything even though it was not my fault. She told me she cannot do favors for people. She told me to talk to so call director Kia who was even more unprofessional. After 3 years with them . They prove they don't care about their residents. After several experience I decided to take my business elsewhere. The walls are so thin ...i can hear my neighbors farting . Our neighbor threatened to mess with our car and to shoot us...
July 26, 2017While we love our apartment we are really disappointed in management, that is aware of our neighbor threatening us. We are military and been to a lot of places/countries bit this never happened! Management assured us they wouldn't renew our neighbors lease but they did, according to a police officer we talked to after an incident today. They said the leasing office renewed his lease because "it got quiet for a while"...seriously? Police comes here every week and management told me, the neighbor ...is frequently writing emails to their team. They obviously don't care about the safety of their residents. Furthermore leasing told us, they've had issues with him before. So in the meantime we sit in our apartment waiting for him to snap. Police charged him and we have to deal with this mess. Not bad for a starter apartment
July 31, 2015I am currently living in a 2 bath/2 bedroom, to be honest it's a little cramped. It does get a little noisy during the day, especially when there are children running unattended throughout the complex. A benefit is that if you do run into any maintenance problems, the rental office is usually quick to respond. The women at the rental office are also really nice too. However in winter, maitenence can be a little slow to respond in cleaning the snow of the parking lots, which I think can be a ...hazard. The complex is also located on top of a hill, depending on where you are coming from and what kind of car you have, it can be really challenging to make it up that hill after a heavy snow.
