Mice infested

Don't move here. If you complain of mice they get you for breech of Contract. They been sued for infestation. Just Google kingsmill suit case. Horrible people who run this apartments. Moved out to a better community. Don't care about the residents well being.

Apartment wasn’t move in ready reported all concerns but to no avail nothing. I have mold in my freezer that I reported back in February and still they didn’t replace it. The place is mice infested to the point I have had to buy rodent control stuff myself. I contacted the office they sent out someone once but they didn’t look for the issues. I have maintenance come into my home without leaving a note or no prior notification that they were coming. I had stolen items in my home. The neighborhood ...
is a complete mess you can see mice near trash bins, people outside drinking and smoking, it has gun shots throughout the neighborhood, attempted & robberies. RUN RUN RUN away from this place.

House was a mess upon moving in
Reported most of damages I could. Took a week and a couple days to fix most of the issues. All of issues still not taking care off which is sad. Writing a complaint letter. Shouldn't of been in that state to begin with. Garbage disposal still needs to be 100 per clean. Towel rack was never attached to wall in bathroom. There was mold behind fridge and stove. Haven't checked to see if fixed but will today. Thank you

I've live in Kings Mills for 18 year's now. When I have an issue in my apartment the issue is usually resolved within 1-2 days. The customer service staff is nice, I don't have an issue with property manager, If I've to speak with him my issues are immediately solved.

Nothings working won’t even try to move me into another unit thever climbed on top of my fridge , climb on my kids bed , chewed my couch up and the power cords to my tv there is literally families in my house to the point I’ve stayed in hotels. My hot water goes out every two days to the point we’re the maintenance man showed us to keep relighting it so they won’t have to keep coming back it’s very depressing and disgusting and then they ...
