This place is not fully Handicap accessible. It has one elevator, God forbid an emergency no way everyone could get out. Indoor garbage rooms stink up the hallways.

My dad moved in shortly after the apartments opened and we can't say enough good things about it! All the residents are lovely. Emily, the manager is a sweetheart and is eager to do anything for you. The facility is immaculately maintained and the maintenance man is fast and efficient if you have an issue. They have activity directors that are always thinking up fun things to do: crafts, ice cream socials, bingo, social hours, movie nights and they're even going to have a chili cook-off ...
coming up! The apartments are really nicely done. I love the bathroom with all the grab bars and the huge walk-in shower! Great bonus rooms: big community room with kitchen, outside patio with umbrella tables, gym, game room filled with books of all kinds, hair salon and a soon-to-be coffee bar. Dad has only been there for 3 months but he really loves it....which is saying a lot after moving from his home of 50 years. He was looking for apartments with garages and Kings Pointe has them. And the location is perfect: right on the corner of King and Sylvania you have a big Kroger's, CVS, and the Library....and the library bookmobile comes once a month, with rolling carts filled with all genres of books, which is so convenient. We looked at a lot of apartments and we are thrilled with our choice of Kings Pointe.
