My experience at Kingsley has been amazing. The office team has always taken my concerns seriously and done everything necessary to resolve any issues. They are also always planning activities and events to get the community involved, which has allowed me to meet my neighbors and feel more connected to the community. I truly appreciate the wonderful staff and the positive environment they have created at Kingsley. It has been a great place to call home.

This is a great place to live. It is conveniently located to Charlotte and 77 but not too close. Lots of little restaurants within walking distance. Facilities are good and staff are great. I love how the office staff (Camden especially) love my workout shoes and wears the same ones.

The staff is very good and the amenities are good for this price point. The look of the apartments are good and again as expected for this level of rent. The appliances in the apartments are cheap appliances that any other apartment would have. The stove is fine. The refrigerators are small and the dishwashers are not very good.

Facilities are amazing as well as the landscaped areas. The dog run, the pool, the bbq areas with picnic tables, the gym and everything else that is offered is great for any family looking to move into an apartment complex. You also cannot forget that we are within walking distance to all restaurants and close to the expressway.
