January 19, 2026I love the apartments at Kingsley Village. The apartment is a luxury-grade apartment. The amenities on the property, the staff, and the convenience convinced me to stay another year. If you are a pet owner, then the dog park is one of the nicest. I have only met very nice neighbors in the community. Everyone is quiet, respectful, and works together to maintain a secure, welcoming community.Property Manager Responded

December 15, 2025If you want to live in the suburbs with all the amenities of a small city, Kingsley is your place! The apartment community is beautiful and well maintained with friendly staff who care. My favorite things are the conveniences that come with the location. Surrounded by some of the best restaurants in Fort Mill, fitness (yoga, orange theory), spas and more. You literally can walk or take a short drive to get to anything. There are also parks and trails around that also host nice events throughout ...the year. Overall, I couldn’t have found a better place to land in Fort Mill.
