Perfect for Charlotte newcomers!!
October 2, 2025I just moved from Washington state with two little pets, and besides choosing to move, Kingsley has been the best decision I’ve made. Meg waited after hours for me to pick up my keys, and since moving in two months ago, there have been multiple (super fun!!!!) events just for residents to get to know each other, which has helped me meet so many neighbors! It was also an incredibly easy process to add my new fur baby to the lease, and maintenance has taken care of any and all issues within a few ...hours of submitting a request for help :) Kingsley’s location is central and vibrant, the staff is competent and friendly, and the amenities are fantastic. My Pomeranian loves the dog park. It’s a clean and quiet community, and I 1000% recommend for anyone looking to relocate in and around Charlotte.Property Manager Responded

August 26, 2025Kingsley Apartmentshas a phenomenal team that runs it. I can't say enough about the incredible leasing staff and the exceptional maintenance crew. The leasing staff is welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. They are always available to answer questions and go above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and at home. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness are truly what set Kingsley apart. Equally impressive is the maintenance staff. Any time I've had an issue, big or small, ...they have responded with remarkable speed and efficiency. They are not only prompt but also highly skilled and respectful of my space. It's so reassuring to know that any maintenance request will be handled quickly and correctly on the first visit. The combination of a beautiful, well-kept property and a staff that genuinely cares about its residents makes Kingsley Apartments the best place I've ever lived. August 25, 2025I've been living in Kingsley for two months now and I love it here. Everyone on the team from the front office staff to maintenance has been friendly and efficient. The landscaping is kept up with and notices are sent out when someone is in violation for parking, etc. to keep our neighborhood safe and appealing for all. What I'm thinking was only going to be a year lease, may turn into a multi-year stay as so far I don't see myself ever wanting to leave Kingsley!Property Manager Responded
