The Heart of Fort Mill
December 15, 2025If you want to live in the suburbs with all the amenities of a small city, Kingsley is your place! The apartment community is beautiful and well maintained with friendly staff who care. My favorite things are the conveniences that come with the location. Surrounded by some of the best restaurants in Fort Mill, fitness (yoga, orange theory), spas and more. You literally can walk or take a short drive to get to anything. There are also parks and trails around that also host nice events throughout ...the year. Overall, I couldn’t have found a better place to land in Fort Mill. December 4, 2025Kingsley must be the best apartment complex in Fort Mill. All of the staff are fantastic. Maintenance requests are completed very fast. Grounds are kept immaculate. Apartments are well insulated; my highest electric bill in the 3 BR apartment was $112 this last year. So many restaurants within walking distance.
