Perfect for Charlotte newcomers!!
October 2, 2025I just moved from Washington state with two little pets, and besides choosing to move, Kingsley has been the best decision I’ve made. Meg waited after hours for me to pick up my keys, and since moving in two months ago, there have been multiple (super fun!!!!) events just for residents to get to know each other, which has helped me meet so many neighbors! It was also an incredibly easy process to add my new fur baby to the lease, and maintenance has taken care of any and all issues within a few ...hours of submitting a request for help :) Kingsley’s location is central and vibrant, the staff is competent and friendly, and the amenities are fantastic. My Pomeranian loves the dog park. It’s a clean and quiet community, and I 1000% recommend for anyone looking to relocate in and around Charlotte.Property Manager Responded

September 18, 2025I have daily contact with so many Fort Mill residents who are mention that they are unhappy at their current apartment community. I never hear those comments from our Kingsley residents because our management company and staff take great care of usProperty Manager Responded
