March 10, 2026My experience living here has truly been amazing. From the moment I moved in, the community felt welcoming, well-maintained, and professionally managed. The apartments themselves are beautiful, and it has honestly been a place I was proud to call home. I especially want to give a huge thank you to Allison and the entire team. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure residents were taken care of. Any time I had a question or needed assistance, the staff was always friendly, ...responsive, and genuinely cared about the community. That level of service makes a big difference. I’m only moving because my family and I just purchased a home and are starting our next chapter. If it weren’t for that, I would happily continue living here. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and the wonderful management team that made it so enjoyable. Does NOT recommend for several reasons: (1) walls are paper thin; can hear noise from all surrounding neighbors and the elements (2) staff is unfriendly/unprofessional minus the gentleman who is always kind and helpful (3) Cockroach infestation; siting's at least once a week (4) Regular internet outages with ZERO accountability (5) Gate entrances stay out of service (6) Packages stolen OFTEN from mailroom. Pros: The PROPERTY is beautiful but an obvious quick build. The maintenance team ...under RPM has been excellent. Not at all worth the cost. Again - DOES NOT recommend.Property Manager Responded

December 24, 2024absolutely love living at Elan at Shadow Creek. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive to any maintenance issues, the apartments are spacious and well-maintained, and the community feels safe and welcoming.
