We loved living at Elan Shadow Creek Ranch! The maintenance was great, the pool area was our favorite out of every apartment we have lived in. The staff was nice, but the noise was a little loud at times (especially on the first floor). We would recommend if the location is in a good place for you!

My experience living here has truly been amazing. From the moment I moved in, the community felt welcoming, well-maintained, and professionally managed. The apartments themselves are beautiful, and it has honestly been a place I was proud to call home.
I especially want to give a huge thank you to Allison and the entire team. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure residents were taken care of. Any time I had a question or needed assistance, the staff was always friendly, ...
responsive, and genuinely cared about the community. That level of service makes a big difference.
I’m only moving because my family and I just purchased a home and are starting our next chapter. If it weren’t for that, I would happily continue living here. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and the wonderful management team that made it so enjoyable.

Overall, a nice apartment community. The gas stove and big walk in shower are both a huge plus. The grounds are kept clean for the most part as well.

AWFUL. Does NOT recommend for several reasons: (1) walls are paper thin; can hear noise from all surrounding neighbors and the elements (2) staff is unfriendly/unprofessional minus the gentleman who is always kind and helpful (3) Cockroach infestation; siting's at least once a week (4) Regular internet outages with ZERO accountability (5) Gate entrances stay out of service (6) Packages stolen OFTEN from mailroom. Pros: The PROPERTY is beautiful but an obvious quick build. The maintenance team ...
under RPM has been excellent. Not at all worth the cost. Again - DOES NOT recommend.
