Does NOT recommend for several reasons: (1) walls are paper thin; can hear noise from all surrounding neighbors and the elements (2) staff is unfriendly/unprofessional minus the gentleman who is always kind and helpful (3) Cockroach infestation; siting's at least once a week (4) Regular internet outages with ZERO accountability (5) Gate entrances stay out of service (6) Packages stolen OFTEN from mailroom. Pros: The PROPERTY is beautiful but an obvious quick build. The maintenance team ...under RPM has been excellent. Not at all worth the cost. Again - DOES NOT recommend.Property Manager Responded
