I would NEVER recommend this place. I hate that I even have to give it 1 star. If I could give it less I would. Do not believe the good reviews because to be honest there is nothing good you could say about this place. Mice are EVERYWHERE. It really is infested. The people they have to come treat the mice problem don’t know what they are doing. Windows shake with any bad weather/wind and leak like crazy. Also mold on windows. When I moved in everything looked fresh painted and comfortable. However, after first winter season paint came off. Mold was appeared in the shower , at the bath edge and window frames. At times it was cold and windows edges were frozen inside since you can't completely close them because they are old.
AC broke several years until they changed it for a new. New administration do not help in questions deteching cleaning and mowing the lawns are started in 7 am. I do not recommend ...

When I first moved in here it looked promising. But now 2 years later, I am really ready to just leave. My last straw was an emergency call I made for maintenance and nothing was done. I don’t necessarily blame maintenance but I d blame how these new owners run this place. Nothing gets fixed or resolved unless you complain for months and months and it’s too late. the summer time, expect your bill to be 300plus monthly or just go live somewhere else. And even paying 300 plus doesn’t give good air. No cool air if you ask me. I paid for for own professional to look into things here and so much needs to be done but I know upper management won’t do anything. Quiet area I give them that but gets miserable inside after a while. It’s been day 2 and still waiting for someone to acknowledge my emergency call smh. I hope that regional manager knows that I am not paying them for what they not providing.

My partner and I have been living at Kingsrow for 3 years and loved it! The pricing is much lower than anywhere else in the area, giving us plenty of time to save up for a house. We're sad to leave! This was a great first apartment. Quiet, friendly neighbors, maintenance is very kind and fixes things quickly, and the main office staff are always willing to go above and beyond to make the tenants happy. They got new owners and people in front office. They’re awful. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance crew. The lady at the front office is truly one of the worst humans I’ve encountered. I would strongly suggest staying somewhere else, I spent 6 months there and would never go back.

i have lived here for the past few years, leaving the city, i wanted a small community quiet, dog loving atmosphere. Well I surely found that here and what makes this home really special, are the people that work here. Especially Kenny, he goes beyond for my mother, things that she cannot do anymore he will make sure she feels like family We call them Uncles and Aunt, when addressing them all. Lovely place to live.

This is truly a nice community to live in. Having a private entrance is great. I love the fact that it’s pet friendly and does not discriminate any breed of dog.
Jill is a wonderful manager.She is very patient, friendly and accommodating.

Love living here! Friendly safe and clean! Office management Jill and Tyler are very friendly always willing to help out with any issue. Maintenance team Kenny and Bill are just as friendly and always prompt when you need them. Having a friendly management team is important because you feel at home instead of just a renter!

I would like to say that Kingsrow Apartments has an excellent maintenance staff. Kenneth and William our maintenance guys keep this large complex in very good shape. Just the 2 of them are always responsive to our repair or maintenance needs. That definitely is a reason I have lived here for 3 1/2 years now.
