Horrible place
May 12, 2025They don't fix anything and mark all your maintenance requests as complete. They don't make an effort to figure out why it smells like you have 5 smokers in your townhome for a year when you don't smoke. They just say that doesn't happen. I've been told to keep putting in requests but they keep getting marked complete. I'm told to choose dates and times for them to come and then when they come unexpected once while I'm at work and I don't have my new cat put somewhere safe, after I said no one in ...my apartment without me there, because it was an option. I was told I refused to have them work on my things and marked them complete. I was once almost charged a pet deposit because the woman in the office kept knocking on the neighbors door. Then wouldn't believe I didn't have a big dog. I can't help they don't look at their own apartment bld. Numbers and know where they are at. One of the maintenance that is no longer there stalked me. Done a bunch of things and quit before he could get in trouble for the last one. RUN AWAY
June 20, 2024This place is so bad, it would be funny if it wasn’t ridiculously over priced. The buildings have rotted over years of mismanagement and constant employee turn over, police are there constantly for children and adults, the playground on grounds is constantly littered with various contaminates. Better off somewhere else.
November 13, 2022My wife and I have been here for 12 years and have been desperately trying to find somewhere else. Many managers have come and gone here in that time. We get harassed by kids running wild and helping themselves to our patio which WE pay for. Manager does nothing. We've had our cars vandalized by these kids and STILL manager does nothing. It's drafty, poorly insulated and we have to smell the pot smoke and cigarette smoke since we are apparently on a shared vent system.Review from Apartments.com

January 3, 2021This property is a joke it’s like a project here you can’t reach the owners by email only and they never reply so all you have is a property manager go figure. There are low income housing properties that’s lavish compared to this place let this be a last option.Property Manager Responded

December 2, 2018I love being at Kingstongreen Anita and the maintenance people are amazing. I've been here for 5 years or so and after Anita ca me in and cleaned it up it's better living. She is polite and nice and Josh also Bob and the new painter keep the grounds clean and prompt to service. A Good Place to Live
July 28, 2018I have lived at Kingston Green for 12 years, through two tornadoes and an earthquake. The buildings are solidly built, and the management responds promptly to maintenance issues. Apartments feature large windows in the spacious living room, good-sized bedrooms, and galley kitchens. The owner has worked diligently over the past 12 years to refurbish the property, and to keep the property clean and well-maintained. My building is quiet, the neighbors are generally polite and sociable, and ...very pet-friendly. My only dislike is that I wish the apartments had laundry facilities in each apartment, rather than a laundry room in each building, but I think that is because at the time the complex was built, laundry rooms were the standard.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Kingston Green happy renter
June 21, 2018I have lived here for 13 years. Anita and her staff are great. They try their best to maintain a clean and safe environment unlike some managers and staff from the past. If there is a complaint they take care of it to the best of their ability. Yes there are things that need done but you have that at any apartment complex. I have no complaints with Anita nor her staff. Renters need to remember rather it be here or another place that they are staff, not the owner. June 8, 2018My husband and I moved into these apartments about 4 months ago. This place has had a reputation in the past, so I was hesitant initially. After speaking with Anita and working with her, that settled it for us. Anita worked with us to make sure our townhome was in excellent shape before moving in. Any issues we have had, she has handled without hesitation. We have been absolutely thrilled with our experience here. A good place to have a home
December 27, 2017My family and I have lived at Kingston Green for almost 4 years. The current landlord is by far the best one we have had. She has done so much to help this little community.
