    I would very likely recommend this apartment community to friends and family because kingsville pointe is a warm, secure, and family oriented place to live. The people in the office are very understanding and professional and my kids love the community sponsored events.

    certainly not implemented or encouraged. This is the biggest apartment community in Kingsville what is Old Navy housing. The storage unit where my beds were stored was infested with bed bugs. Unfortunately we didn't discover them until after they were in our new home. As I stated above the maintenance staff work tirelessly to ensure that each tenant is as happy as possible. Which is a daunting feat considering the age and condition of this property. It's clear the maintenance staff work harder than anyone else. We only stayed for 7 months and it took quite some time to receive our deposit back. Had I been aware that the tenant should receive a letter or a deposit refund within 30 days I would have pushed the issue. Generally speaking the office usually generates the letter or refund between 40 and 60 days. The manipulation & standard of operation I saw in my short tenure was quite disturbing. I'm so grateful my resignation was accepted & made effective immediately. I'm not sure I could have endured the full 30 days, cited in my contractual obligation. Praying that the corporate office realizes they made a terrible mistake giving Mrs. O'Grady responsibility over anything customer service related.

    This complex is very charming inside. i have lived here 14 months and had ZERO pest problems, noise problems, robberies, or safety concerns. Though the after hours repair request line is HORRIBLE beyond words, the requests are promptly addressed by the KP staff. I don't begrudge them for the hired answering service....
