Our apartment homes have Spacious living rooms, upgraded kitchens, custom two tone paint and upgraded hardware. Been here since 2019 and have seen a lot of positive change since the Manager Nelly has been here. There can’t be perfect, but I sure can say she has definitely perfected it for most of us. She is a very hands on manager. I use to have one that was asleep all the time in the back office. The new maintenance staff Frank and Luis have been by far one of the top she’s had I’m glad we have ppl that care I sure am glad.

Awesome location near kids school

I just moved in last year and these are very nice apartments to live in super close to my kids school (walking distance) the manager Nelly assisted me and tour the apartments when I came to look for a place to call home. She was very helpful and knew all the information I need to know without me asking. I did see some roaches when I moved in but the pest control was able to eliminate that for me almost immediately they come on a weekly basis you just have to request it. I would recommend this ...

Los apartamentos están renovados. Acabo de renovar my contrato por segundo año. Si tiene algún problema infórmenle a la manager Nelly ella es muy atenta y sumamente servicial. La he visto en muchas ocasiones asiendo la propiedad mirar bien o asiendo reparaciones en el asfalto y tirando basura de las unidades. Estoy muy contenta en mi apartamento aquí. El servicio de fumigación lo tiene cada semana pero no ay problema pues yo no he visto en mi departamento.

I have lived at this property for almost 10 years now and can tell you that the current management team in conjunction with the maintenance department have really cleaned up the apartment community. I have rats, they wont help

I had mice the first year I moved here, under different management they got an emergency pest appointment with poison and traps, over 2 weeks I got 4 mice out of the apt. they sealed a hold under the sink. Under wehner multifamily I have been calling non stop and submitting maintenance reports. Most calls go to voice main, maintenance reports have been closed with no action by the staff. Its not up to me to figure out the rats, I have to trap/kill them, and i have to find their entrance into ...
my apartment and seal it off. Staff is useless. I'm leaving ASAP!!!!! Not to forget the roach infestation, bad neighbors, crime, drug dealing, poor parking lot etiquette, loud music, dirty grounds. This is by far a completely different complex from when I originally moved in 2016. Its not 2022 I warn anyone do not sign a long lease here you will want to move immediately!!! Ps, its not even that cheap, bite the bullet and pay more. You dont want this head ach!

Poor maintenance, roaches

I have been living here for three months. Don’t even bother contacting maintenance because their excuse is “we only have one maintenance man”. They didn’t even bother replacing the appliances that they said they would replace in August and it’s now nearing the end of October. Also, they said they would fine dog owners who left dog poop, but they hasn’t even happened. Don’t forget the roaches. Apparently the maintenance is so busy they can’t even do their pest control on time. Every time I cook I ...
have to light candles in order to try to keep the roaches out but it doesn’t work. Those roach preventing sprays don’t even work either. Don’t get me started on the neighbors. Do yourselves a favor and look somewhere else. I wish I had never signed up for a lease in this apartment if I had known how bad this is. I’m going to try to see if I can lower my lease time so I can move out ASAP.

Amazing Apartment Complex

I have been leaving here for almost 3 years. They have the most amazing beautiful interior design. The staff are super friendly and very helpful when it comes to getting things fixed in your apartment . Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Very kid friendly also have a amazing dog park . My sons go to school right down the street so very convenient when it comes to getting him picked and dropped off.
