January 27, 2025The $70 amenity fee for outdated, often broken and dirty gym and pool is bad…other communities use that fee to also throw resident events and community building parties - more than once a year. The maintenance staff is great and responsive, the office staff rarely replies to emails sent.Property Manager Responded

January 27, 2025It’s very Quiet, they keep it pretty with regular groundskeepers but we get half the amenities and all the fees. There is a bug problem and there isn’t much community. When you say hello to residence they generally don’t respond or seem annoyed. Rent keeps going up and the value seems to be going down.Property Manager Responded

January 15, 2025Just moved in a bit ago, so I don't have a lot of experience with the place yet, but so far everything has been great. January 13, 2025I’m not happy with the look of the apartment I have. The carpet is cheap and my kitchen oven is from the 80s. I had maintenance come in the fix the temperature knob and they put it back on on an angle so now you have to really hold it on to turn the temperature on.Property Manager Responded

December 28, 2024I love it here,location is A , there has been a few unpleasant situations but after proper communication n the hard work of kingswood personal they always manage to get it done and solve all issues n posible threats. About to ask to upgrade to a better / bigger apartment as soon as my lease is up in 2025.Property Manager Responded

December 13, 2024Kingswood has been an excellent community to live in so far. I moved in here back in April of this year and the whole application process was pretty easy. The staff at the office have been very friendly and helpful. Whenever I have an issue (which is rare), the office and maintenance staff are quick to address it. I love being able to use the pool in the summertime and that internet is included in amenities.Property Manager Responded

December 12, 2024Unit was clean upon move in. Unit had multiple things wrong after we moved in and unit was inspected previous by kingswood team. Dishwasher was broke, garbage disposal was broke, dryer vent had birds nest and dryer did not operate properly. Door knob in kitchen closet broken. Tub in bathroom has multiple cracks. Found bugs in basement and kitchen, dead mouse underneath dishwasher after replaced.Property Manager Responded
