January 5, 2021Management is horrible, unprofessional, and need to be fired. Apartments are dirty and infested with all kinds roaches. The apartments itself are rotting. The whole building are dirty, and the trash bins are always overflowing with trash to the point that trash are piling up on the ground. So, stay away from this place because you’ll regret it.Review from Apartments.com
Nice Apartments Building and Community!
January 17, 2020I have lived at Kingswood Village for 10 years now and I really like living here. Lately the building has been going through renovations and the majority of new units are being upgraded with hardwood floors, new cabinets, new showers, etc. Which is really giving the building new life! Another nice things about living here is that the workers and management quickly address issues and do their best to accommodate around your schedule.
