If you're looking into a unit here, CHECK THE BACK, if you notice a fence peek through and if you notice tennis courts you WILL be woken up EVERY SINGLE DAY from leaf blowers at 5-6am. You can feel the hum in your chest so ear muffs will not work. In addition I am 6 months in and two of my neighbors have already left, the quality of renovation is poor as my ceiling is already starting to crack with early signs of what seems to be mold which is a HUGE safety hazard and I have a 3
...year old child, obviously in the rebuilding it was done as quickly as possible with no regard to safety from mold coming back due to Harveys flooding. Bugs are also a problem as I've already had 4 pest control services done on my unit and at one point it was so bad they were falling from my ceiling and I had to empty my pantry as they littered my food, can you imagine waking up one morning wanting to make your daughter pancakes only to find bugs littered in your flour and baking soda? The leasing agents are fully aware of these concerns and the noise problem and the only solution presented to me was a $1200 dog fee/transfer fee just to move to another unit, and I have no clue what problems may occur in that one. I am at my ends and am incredibly unhappy.
