November 12, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI lived there for a year, two dogs, pregnant and we had no issues! The newly updated apartments are beautiful and modern. Everyone was always quick to respond if needed. Of course, some loud neighbors, but nothing the property could change. Overall a great experience and I’m actually moving back!

December 13, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comCheaply built with poor quality windows so the winter is tough. You can put your heat on but it just goes right through the window anyway while you pay the high energy cost. Molds like crazy in closets, bathrooms, and window sill. They even make you sign an addendum to the lease that the mold isn't their problem. Highway on one side near industrial area so a lot of noisy trucks & race track on other side which is extremely loud in the warmer seasons. The people are good though, nice neighbors. ...And maintenance is ok. And the place looks good.Read More

July 20, 2015 - Review from Apartments.commy family and I have lived in Kirkview apartments in kirkwood for around 3 years. The apartment and building layout is very basic and nicely done, everything is well maintained both inside and out and management is more than happy to accommodate any request. Probably the only downside is living so close to a dirt racing track, which can get pretty loud on race days if the windows are open. Otherwise it's a great place to live
