December 13, 2016Cheaply built with poor quality windows so the winter is tough. You can put your heat on but it just goes right through the window anyway while you pay the high energy cost. Molds like crazy in closets, bathrooms, and window sill. They even make you sign an addendum to the lease that the mold isn't their problem. Highway on one side near industrial area so a lot of noisy trucks & race track on other side which is extremely loud in the warmer seasons. Kirkview apartments nice place
July 20, 2015my family and I have lived in Kirkview apartments in kirkwood for around 3 years. The apartment and building layout is very basic and nicely done, everything is well maintained both inside and out and management is more than happy to accommodate any request. Probably the only downside is living so close to a dirt racing track, which can get pretty loud on race days if the windows are open. Otherwise it's a great place to liveReview from Apartments.com
