I have lived here just a year and my family loves it! We have a 2bd, 2 bath townhouse with partially finished basement. The whole process from applying and signing the lease was very smooth, with no problems. The ladies that work in the office are very friendly and helpful. The complex has a nice pool, gym and clubhouse. There are monthly resident events. My experience is that is has always been quiet and safe. I also really enjoy the location and area, close enough to all the amenities, but
...quiet enough that your not in a really busy area. Not far from here are very nice farms too to give you that country feel. Our townhouse is bright and new and clean, with a great 2 car garage and the basement is great for storage or a playroom. We actually put a rug down and turned it into a guest bedroom in one area and storage in the other part (put a curtain up as partition) They have new buildings here, just finished this past spring and I believe may have plans for more buildings in the future.
