They arranges tons of activities and amenities for the residents and there is a real sense of community here. Every neighbor I have met so far is very friendly and they have nothing but nice things to say about living here. Applications
September 10, 2018If any adult applicant has a history of a bankruptcy (active, dismissed, or discharged) DO NOT APPLY TO THIS PLACE. The company that does their credit checks will not approve your application regardless of the status of the bankruptcy. The leasing office staff was clueless in regards to this information and you will lose your application fee ($50 per credit report) overnight with little to show for it other than a short call from a number cruncher. The credit score of the remainder of the ...occupants is irrelevant as long as a single applicant has a prior bankruptcy filing. Had I known this information, I wouldn't have thrown $100 in the trashcan. Don't make the same mistake.Property Manager Responded

October 7, 2015The apartment complex is very nice - very clean and laid out nicely The apartment itself is also very nice - there is not a lot of noise from surrounding apartments, the lay out is comfortable and the ammenities are decent. A couple of items could be better - the appliances are OK but somewhat outdated, the windows are ok but are not the best, the rent is a little high, there complex ammenities are ok but could be better. I love living here!
July 22, 2015I have lived here just a year and my family loves it! We have a 2bd, 2 bath townhouse with partially finished basement. The whole process from applying and signing the lease was very smooth, with no problems. The ladies that work in the office are very friendly and helpful. The complex has a nice pool, gym and clubhouse. There are monthly resident events. My experience is that is has always been quiet and safe. I also really enjoy the location and area, close enough to all the amenities, but ...quiet enough that your not in a really busy area. Not far from here are very nice farms too to give you that country feel. Our townhouse is bright and new and clean, with a great 2 car garage and the basement is great for storage or a playroom. We actually put a rug down and turned it into a guest bedroom in one area and storage in the other part (put a curtain up as partition) They have new buildings here, just finished this past spring and I believe may have plans for more buildings in the future.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Near Suburban Inner City Experience
April 1, 2013The management and maintenance team are very good. The neighborhood, however, is not. Lots of thumpin' and inner city type noise when the weather is warm. Sirens heard frequently. Apartments themselves are very nice. I suspect management has their hands tied on some issues. If you're looking for a quite peaceful community I'd recommend moving on.Review from Apartments.com

We have seen a lot of nice homes and apartments, but we keep coming back to Kirkway.
