Do not move here if you want peace!!!
April 24, 2023The management team here is rude and unhelpful. Anytime you go to the office to ask a question they write it down on a sticky note and tell you they’ll get back to you and never do. The emergency maintenance number doesn’t work, I called and got no answer. No courtesy officer in this “luxury” community, so noisy neighbors you just have to deal with them. And if you have a dog absolutely do not move here! They DNA swab dogs to promote a clean community. It was supposed to be a prevention measure ...to be able to catch people who were leaving dog poo around but it turned into them just charging random people. There is no negotiating it either, the fine is $250 but they refuse to give you the proof of the match. The list could go on and on.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 7, 2022WARNING LONG POST: Currently still a resident, moved here in middle March of 21. I give it two stars because the places is nice on the outside and it’s a safe gated community but are moving experience was not great. We toured the place in February and during that time, it was under a different management company. The person that gave us a tour was so professional and welcoming that I felt good about becoming a resident. Come March, we call and find out that it was under new management and the ...person that gave us a tour never submitted our paperwork for our apartment so we didn’t have an apartment at all. So we had to do the whole process again. That was red flag #1. Red Flag #2 was when we moved in the apartment was filthy. Nothing was cleaned. There was a hole on the wall from previous tenants, grease stains on the wall. The dish washer was full on old food and grease. It smelled so bad. Took me all day to have the smell go away. Red flag #3 was when my fiancé went to the office and a staff member was busy with a future tenant, he catch one the the staff members say that OUR apartment was AVAILABLE at this point we have already been living in it for a month! Red Flag #4 the walls and ceilings are paper THIN, you can hear everything! Currently having a who can bang on the walls louder with our upstairs neighbors. Trash doesn’t get picked up like it should. Staff members don’t really care. Our dryer hasn’t worked properly since we moved in. There really not enough storage space. The kirkwood staff made the entire virtual pictures, tour, information, and leasing process a breeze. Their communication is great, and they’re super friendly. December 17, 2021I have lived in Kirkwood for over a year now and have absolutely enjoyed everything about it. The amenities are great and the price is reasonable considering the perks.
