I have really appreciated all the work they've done. The complex itself is pretty nice. Apartment is clean and sharp. Grounds are well kept. Was promised 1st level apartment then found out on the moving day that it was in fact a second level and we weren’t even notified. They've lost my rent payment, they've sent multiple people into my apartment WITH ZERO WARNING like three or four times last year alone, they "forget" to run my auto-payment, their voicemail system doesn't work, the email address the office secretary gave me bounces back as MAILER DAEMON (i had to call them and get their correct email from their voicemail recording which, mind you, doesn't ACTUALLY take your ...voicemail)... The list goes on. It's exhausting. They literally only get a 2 from me rather than a 1 because this area is pretty quiet, and my neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves.Read More
