Knights Circle is a great property! They have a lot to offer students at UCF from their amenities to the apartments to their location. The staff is even better! They are always making sure the residents are taken care of and have made my living experience simple and easy. I highly recommend Knights Circle!
Office Management / Home Office won't guarntee any pricing they give you

If you are going sign a lease, make sure you sign as soon as they send you the paper work with the price they quote. They will not give you any type of quote good for any length of time and will not honor any pricing regardless what "the Home Office" does. We were in the middle of signing all the paper work (within 2 days of getting the paper work and quote) and they raised the rent on what we already signed by $15 per month. They say they are sorry and ask if they can do anything else for ...
you. Would be nice if they were like other places that provide quotes that are good for 3 to 5 days while you review the contract and have a day to tour the location. Nice that they are associated with UCF.... no need for any customer service as they have so many people wanting places to live they can do whatever they please and offer no service what so ever - either pay and like what we charge or leave. I hope Karma gets them all in the end.

KC has all of the amenities a student needs to live comfortably. The only negatives to the complex are the cost of rent and that a small percentage of the complex still has old furniture in use rather than the updated furniture in the display rooms. The shuttle to campus us incredibly convenient. I also enjoy how the complex holds many events throughout the year, including free massages during Finals Week and taco Tuesdays in the Spring.

I lived here for two years and I loved it. Maintenance came the next day if there was a problem. I felt safe and the shuttle was a great option for me since I didn't have a car.

Knight Cir is a great place to live if you are attending University of Central Florida. The place is huge and it comes with many amenities for it's residents. It is right across the street from the university and the people here are great as well. GO Knights !

I have just started living here in Knights Circle but so far everything has been great. The people here are very friendly and there are alot of amenities. The shuttle to school is also very convenient.

I'm starting grad school and I like that utilities are included. Neighbors aren't too loud but having roommates is kind of a bummer. Everyone has their own en suite bathroom, which is nice.
