Highly recommend living here. Galman did excellent job with upgrading units when they took over the property.Shavani the property manager is very helpful, courteous and professional. Maintenance gets issues fixed quickly and efficiently. Apartments are very spacious and luxurious. Having washers and dryers in units is very convenient as well as having a gym on the premises.

I’vebeen a resident at Knightsbridge for 2 years and had a great experience so far. My neighbors have been cordial to friendly. Any maintenance problem is handle quickly and efficiently. The management team are friendly, easily accessible and highly visible... I have a one bedroom... it’s spacious, plenty of storage and gorgeous. I’ve worked out in the fitness center... it has your basics and it’s clean and safe. The grounds are maintained regularly all year round and when there’s snow it’s ...

Save your money. Rent is very expensive for what they offer.. No pool, no play yard, not enough dumpsters for garbage. Not enough parking, noisy, no insulation between the floors. Extremely unprofessional and petty

I'm am grossly disappointed with the staffs ability to handle conflict, and communicate in a way that demonstrates common sense and compassion for the apartment community. We had no issues for over a year, and then all the sudden we're being accused of noise when we're not even home (we didn't have a dog at the time). And then another residents child goes into OUR trashcan and pulls out dog poop, and suddenly we're the ones to blame. The parking is absolutely terrible if you get home anytime ...
after 7. If you live in the center court yard you have to often park around the other side of the building, and in the middle of winter, that's ridiculous. I was happy when we moved in because our apartment was freshly renovated. However, the installation of things was not handled well. Both our sink fixtures came loose within weeks, we had to tighten ourselves. They are not quality. Our stove was not leveled correctly so when we laid one of our pans down, the surface cracked. The fixtures in the shower are rigged to not allow it to get hot enough, so we had to fix that too. There was spackle all over the walls that they didn't even bother to paint. I've never in my life wrote a bad review, but because of the lack of personableness I've received, I feel strongly about warning you about what you're getting into. I've never experienced such pettiness in my life. I am EXTREMELY frustrated that our lease is not up until October. We will certainly be looking to relocate.

The management staff are terrible and are rude. The manager Barbra is terrible, Christy, Monica. The conversation with the management will NEVER be smooth. They create problems for you and expect you to pay the price. Lot of bugs inside the apartment. Complaints are not taken care. They will handle you diligently till you move-in. Once you move-in, the management's approach changes.

I have resided at Knightsbridge for the pa 6 months. I have found the staff very professional. When I need anything done the staff has been quick to respond. The Maintence is always available and friendly. Mr Nelson is very knowledgable. Mrs Borbor ( Barbara ) is always helpful and always reaches out to the resident to keep us happy. The complex is beautiful with everything you could possible want is near by.

I lived here for the past 2 years before buying a home and have nothing but great things to say. I found the staff to be receptive and accomodating whenever I had maintenance issues. I sometimes miss the upgraded apartment i lived in. The location was very convenient, I highly recommend Knightsbridge to everyone.

I've lived here for 4 months. The application process and office staff were easy and helpful. The apartments are a nice size. The materials used to remodel are not a high quality but looks nice. ..I've had to call maintenance a few times already but they come quickly. Due to a recent break in and attempt to break into my unit i had to get an alarm system. Overall it's pretty quiet and looks nice. ..not too pricey. ..out of 5 starts is give it 3-1/2...

The management staff are terrible they take days to contact you back and are rude. The manager Barbra is terrible and so disorganized she loses everything. Including paperwork which will have your name and contact info. One of the maintenance workers Nelson is extremely lazy and always drunk. He comes into your apartment without even knocking and never leaves a note that he was there. He also has a pittbull which gets off the leash and comes charging at other dogs and people. He won't even ...
apologize when he does get his dog back. Oh and according to the complex you aren't even allowed to have pittbulls or dogs that way over 35pounds but he does. When he is on call don't expect him to come to any emergency maintenance calls he also lets his 15 year old son drive through the parking lot with his car while children are out playing. And his son isn't even allowed to drive. So if this doesn't stop you from living here then I don't know what will.

We moved in, in April and we were told the fitness center would be open soon, since then it has closed down about 3 times, its a nice looking apartment complex on the outside, and the units themselves aren't that bad... unless your next to the woods like me, then you get countless bugs. also if feels as tho ever since we moved in here things keep breaking in our unit. there is a crack in the wall in my daughters room ontop of the electric socket and I call maintenance to come fix it because I ...
didn't want the piece of wall breaking and my daughter to get electrocuted and all the maintenance man did was paint over the crack, he told me it was pointless to fix. It also took the maintenance man 3 hours to get to my unit when my air conditioner was broken on a day during a heat wave and I have a 1year old, I had to call the office 3 times before someone was sent to my unit. this place could be a lot better if it was actually taken care of and the staff were better
