Renters Reviews and Ratings
Not Worth It
September 14, 2025Price, cleanliness, privacy, and internet. Overpriced for mediocrity. When I moved in the tub (stains/mold), under the toilet (mold), microwave (grease), and vents (dust) were all filthy. There is no door seal on the door. You can hear everyone in the halls and see daylight through the edges of the door. The windows seals are also cracked and you can hear the bugs and see the spiders getting in. They require Stellar Broadband internet (for an additional 90 dollars!), which continues dropping ...its service. The parking lot is poorly lit. There is very little light by the dumpster.Property Manager Responded

All in All not Worth it
September 7, 2022The location is nice and they keep up on the yard that's about it. We've had problems with them coming to "fix" stuff but usually leaving things around it more broken. We've filed complaints about very rowdy neighbors but haven't seen or heard anything done about it. They charge way to much for rent when it comes to mediocre apartments.Property Manager Responded

September 23, 2015Knob Hill Apartments have 1-2 and 3 bedroom apartments. There is a playground for children a dog park for your furry friends and a nature trail to walk them on too. There is a club house to entertain . There is also a workout room and a pool for your exercise needs. Overall a pretty good place to live.Review from Apartments.com
