I’ve lived at Knob Hill Apartments since July 2024. Great community to be in. Super convenient to Floyd’s knobs and all of the hometown community businesses of Georgetown. The apartment community is clean, comfortable, quiet and friendly. I love the Pickleball court and pool area as well as the clubhouse. Very modern and up-to-date and the quality of the construction is consistent with the price. I shopped many apartments before choosing this one and after one visit, it was an easy choice to ...

choose Knob Hill. The leasing manager is very attentive to responding to our needs and thoughtful to create a welcoming community for future renters. I feel right at home!
