I have lived at Shady Creek Ranch for 8 years. The new owners, who took over in late August are the third owners at this location. They are the best in my estimation because they care. They immediately put in surveillance cameras so we have 24/7 surveillance for the safety of everyone. As a grandmother and a 78 year old woman this is very important to me. New solar lights have been added by the trash dumpsters for those who take their trash out later in the evening. The management do ...
everything they can to keep the grounds and apartments clean and inviting. Whenever we have concerns or questions they take the time to explain the situation and make sure we understand and are satisfied. I am extremely pleased with this new management and the turnaround in appearance of the property.

Residents have no access to the pool after the office closes. And they didn't even open the pool until Father's day weekend. Management pad locks the pool when they leave for the day and stays locked all weekend and for some reason managment gave the code to one resident but no others. So basically no resident can use the pool unless it is before 5:30 pm Monday-friday and NO weekend usage, they keep it locked on the weekends. Which means you can not enjoy a family day at the pool on the weekend ...

Per your comments, we have reviewed our service request log for accuracy and noticed you’re a/c was immediately replaced once the new a/c unit arrived. We take a lot of pride in offering great quality service, so I am truly sorry that we were not able to replace the a/c unit the same day. I know a lot of residents were satisfied with how quickly Cedric handled all service request and disappointed by his transfer to one of our sister properties.
