The Apartment you want to live then retire in!
August 12, 2015This apartment quite and has a path that you can walk your dogs around the apmnt and by the highway and two blocks and the staff is freandly and always seases "hello" with a wave and a smill! The complex is clean and well mantande and when the office is the ladies in the office love to sit withe you over a drink and talk. We have an out side pool and a spa and a BBQ for partys with chairs and loung chairs. we have washer and dryrs.Pets ok and even thou we are near two high schools the kids dont ...come all the way down to us we live in a coldisace near the highway but you hardly hear it at night.we live 15min. from the base out side of Santa Marria in Orcutt. an officer patrolles day and night.it is a good place to have a family or you and another need a place to live .
