Lovely apartments, wonderful staff
May 13, 2021The apartments are clean and well taken care of. There are some local ducks that visit, which is a lot of fun. The staff is very proud of the concern they take with the property, and most of them appear to live there themselves. The only thing that could be improved is the walkability of the area, which is more a facet of the city of Albany than anything else. Altogether, a great place to live.Review from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015They are really nice apartments and a good size! Everyone who lives here is very respectful when it comes to noise and privacy. The apartments are located in a very pretty area and are very taken care of. The management is always helpful when needed. Kitchen appliances and bathrooms are in really good shape. August 6, 2015we have lived here since 2003 & still love it! Just on the outskirts of town, yet close enough. Apartments are large, back porches, most have storage sheds, good cabinet space, kept clean & up-to-date! Knox Butte Apartments
July 28, 2015These apartments aren't in the greatest location. The road it is placed on is extremely busy and loud, and it gets even worse during festival times because this road leads to the fair grounds. You get used to the cars, but the sirens every day from emergency vehicles are pretty hard to miss. Besides the loud noise polution, the apartments are just fine. Good enough quality, 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms with either 1 or 2 bath. There is a small gym area in the office and a laundry room for people who ...don't have their own machines.
