Disgusting
July 3, 2021I DO NOT recommend. It's disgusting, they do not do anything to the apartments. They're falling apart and dirty. Maintenance does nothing right along with the front office. No one calls back. If they come fix something It's at 4pm they do what they want without speaking to anyone. There is nothing luxury about these apartments. They raise your rent tremendously and don't do anything to upgrade your apartment. This place is a disaster.Review from Apartments.com
Wouldn't recommend
September 21, 2019They have drug dealers living here (arrest).Homeless people staying with friends.A prostitue who works the Grove but always walks around the complex.A murder/home invasion because the main door aren't secure.Theres nothing luxury.Police are always around looking for suspects in crimes that live here. Very unsafe neighborhood, they let anyone move in. No parking.The pool was rarely opened last year but this past summer they want to enforce new pool rules where we have to pay for a pass.Review from Apartments.com
