    I have loved my time here at the Knox. The new management team seems to care more about the residents. I love the events that they have. I have enjoyed getting to know other residents at these events. I will most likely renew my lease for another year.

    I never knew an apartment this nice existed within my price range. The amenities are fantastic, the staff are very helpful, and I love the resident bonding events every month!

    From my experience living here I have been very pleased with our living space, amenities, and the management staff on site has always been very helpful. The pool and grilling area is our favorite place to spend free time in the summer time. In the colder months we rediscover how nice the lounge area is when we have larger groups get together. The only downside and why I am not leaving a five star review is because of somewhat frequent issues regarding our gates into the parking lot and the ...
    parking lot space itself. I know the cons may seem trivial but its just frustrating when you get home from work later and have to park across the entire complex due to visitors or people with unused vehicles/trailers that sit there for months. All in all, I would definitely still recommend this place to a friend.

From the moment you walk in, the front office staff makes you feel so welcomed. Lex at the front is absolutely courteous, kind, and amazing, and Jillian is incredibly attentive and professional.     The Knox has been an amazing experience all around. From the first time I walked in to tour to now signing my second lease, the staff has treated me so well & made me feel like family. This place isn’t just an apartment complex that’s taking rent money, it’s a home, has staff that looks out for you, takes care of any issues, & goes above & beyond!
