May 8, 2026I'm going to be as transparent as possible. I'm currently in my lease and I regret signing it. The lady who does the tour they need to find someone else. The transparency is not there, the unit I'm in I wish I searched and found better. I was moved in unit that wasn't clean and I waited an extra week to move in another unit for rent purposes. Dirty vents, no space, cheap quality with high pricing, and hallways smell like dog pee. You can't have guest unless you pay even though you pay rent. It's ...just you can't can't can't. April 14, 2026So far the community is warm and inviting, the ground and amenities are well taken care of and staff has been so helpful. Parking is a little bit of an issue, due to guest having to pay to visit when there isn’t street parking available in this area.Review from Apartments.com

April 2, 2026I have had the best experience with this staff. Lex, Shareeka, and Malcolm always greet me with a warm smile anytime I see them. My move in process went so smooth with the help of the staff. This is my first apt so I was a little nervous at first but Lex provided me with all the information I needed and made this the best experience possible. Any time I have concerns or needs (not too often) they are always on top of it! Our maintenance team is friendly and responses to requests with eagerness. ...The hallways are quiet and neighbors are respectful and kind! The complex is always neat, well kept, and has a hotel quality diffuser as an additional perk. I love all of the amenities and additional events they host here. It is a very dog friendly complex. It is nice to live somewhere your pup is truly welcomed as well! 10/10 and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! It starts with a great staff!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
