April 2, 2026I have had the best experience with this staff. Lex, Shareeka, and Malcolm always greet me with a warm smile anytime I see them. My move in process went so smooth with the help of the staff. This is my first apt so I was a little nervous at first but Lex provided me with all the information I needed and made this the best experience possible. Any time I have concerns or needs (not too often) they are always on top of it! Our maintenance team is friendly and responses to requests with eagerness. ...The hallways are quiet and neighbors are respectful and kind! The complex is always neat, well kept, and has a hotel quality diffuser as an additional perk. I love all of the amenities and additional events they host here. It is a very dog friendly complex. January 6, 2026From my experience living here I have been very pleased with our living space, amenities, and the management staff on site has always been very helpful. The pool and grilling area is our favorite place to spend free time in the summer time. In the colder months we rediscover how nice the lounge area is when we have larger groups get together. The only downside and why I am not leaving a five star review is because of somewhat frequent issues regarding our gates into the parking lot and the ...parking lot space itself. I know the cons may seem trivial but its just frustrating when you get home from work later and have to park across the entire complex due to visitors or people with unused vehicles/trailers that sit there for months. The Knox is the best ever!!!
December 17, 2025?????????? I cannot say enough amazing things about The Knox — this has truly been the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. From the moment you walk in, the front office staff makes you feel so welcomed. Lex at the front is absolutely courteous, kind, and amazing, and Jillian is incredibly attentive and professional. Everyone at the front desk is truly fantastic and goes above and beyond every time. I genuinely feel safe living here, which means everything. The facilities are clean, ...well cared for, and beautiful, making it such a comfortable place to call home. A huge shout-out to Jake in maintenance — he is amazing! Always prompt, professional, and so respectful. Any maintenance request is handled quickly and with care.
