Amazing place!
June 13, 2025I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment! The building is well maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. My unit is spacious and has a great layout, with plenty of natural light. The location is also fantastic, close to everything I need groceries, restaurants, and parks. Great Area and Great Staff
September 14, 2016I stayed in these apartments for a short work assignment with my family, including my two dogs. The apartment and the complex are clean and well kept. The pool and the 24 HR workout room were also kept at a high standard. There is a large community park near by, with a pond, playground, tennis courts, and running track. The best thing about the apartment was the staff. The maintenance was friendly and responsive to any concerns. The office staff were very nice and helpful, though busy at ...times, they always took care of the tenants. The two bedroom apartment it self was well cleaned when we moved in. The living room, dinning room, bathrooms, and bedrooms were all very spacious for being in an apartment. All of the appliances, including the rented washer and dryer worked 100%. Freindly and Inviting Apartments
October 12, 2015This is a great place to have a family. There is a nice walk area and small lake. It also has a play area for the kids and swimming pool. All the neighbors are very friendly. Hickory Grove a place to call home
July 22, 2015As a single Mom living in a new area we carefully took our time finding an area where we could call home where we could feel safe and there was a great community that surrounded us. We found that at Knoxville Point Apartments. These spacious 2 bedroom apartments were pet friendly, clean and there was plenty of storage. The locked buildings set off of a beautiful park and bike trail was a selling point.
