My unit is spacious and has a great layout, with plenty of natural light. The location is also fantastic, close to everything I need groceries, restaurants, and parks. Great Area and Great Staff
September 14, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI stayed in these apartments for a short work assignment with my family, including my two dogs. The apartment and the complex are clean and well kept. The pool and the 24 HR workout room were also kept at a high standard. There is a large community park near by, with a pond, playground, tennis courts, and running track. The best thing about the apartment was the staff. The maintenance was friendly and responsive to any concerns. The office staff were very nice and helpful, though busy at ...times, they always took care of the tenants. The two bedroom apartment it self was well cleaned when we moved in. The living room, dinning room, bathrooms, and bedrooms were all very spacious for being in an apartment. All of the appliances, including the rented washer and dryer worked 100%. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.Read More

We found that at Knoxville Point Apartments. These spacious 2 bedroom apartments were pet friendly, clean and there was plenty of storage. The locked buildings set off of a beautiful park and bike trail was a selling point. The only reason I could not give it 5 stars was the face that a design flaw is that you can ...hear the neighbors below (or above you) a lack of insulation.Read More
