We offer Virtual and In-person Tours! Kraewood Tour Video - Special: Free 1 Month of Garage Rental with a signed lease and Move-in by March 1st 2026 In Northfield, MN, a town celebrated as one of the 50 Most Beautiful Small Towns In America, lies the newly constructed Kraewood Flats. This modern 106-unit multi-family apartment complex integrates small-town charm with big-city amenities. Offering studio, one-, and two-bedroom units. Kraewood Flats boasts three fully equipped fitness centers, an outdoor grilling and lounge area, a dedicated party room, mini movie theater, and a kid-friendly playground. Families will appreciate being located directly across from the Community Education Center and Greenvale Park Elementary School. All deposits are equal to 1 months' rent. Pet deposits are a nonrefundable 1x fee of $350 first animal and $150 additional animals along with a monthly pet rent of $50/mo. Internet is set up separately in each apartment and is $60/month. There is no way to opt out of having internet and it is a required fee that is not included in monthly rent. Utilities Included: Water and Trash Utilities Not Included: Electricity and Internet. Garage parking is 1st come 1st serve basis and is an additional $100/month. Application fee: $50 or
