Worst complex, so many issues

Grew up here and my mother lived here 30 years. There have always been issues from terrible property managers, constant domestic arguments, unrealistic rules regarding visitors (no guest parking at all and not allowed to drop things off). Security do nothing and facilities/elevators have pee in them and are never clean. Have even had sewage spills in our apartment! And we had to clean it up, no one was sent to help. The city needs to put more effort and make a more liveable environment. This is ...

The resident manager at Kulana Naniis very disrespectful and rude. My daughter in law had a flat tire and drove her car into the stall like that, and the security guard on duty approached her in a very rude and ignorant way. Telling her that she could not have another vehicle in the parking lot and unload where her stall was. Mind you she had to unload two tires, a stroller, a kids bike and a scooter as well as her 3 year old son. The next day we went back to help her take her tire off her car as ...
well as the tire we had already took off, her resident manager approached her and told her” thisnis not a mechanics shop, you need to remove these car( her car and our truck) off the premises immediately “. Now how rude and ignorant is that. Have some consideration with her situation. I think this manager needs to reprimanded for being so disrespectful....
