June 25, 2020It is perfect for middle aged tenabts, but especially for seniors due to having mainfloor apartments,good heat and air conditioning, can park at the door to unload groceries,etc. If you live on the main floor there is one smaill step only. It is located near downtown Fargo in lovely and quiet neighborhhd. Garages are usually available, and each tenant has a storage unit.Outside doors are secured.Review from Apartments.com

September 8, 2018The management is terrible and there is not a good form of communication. Went half the summer with AC that barely worked and the replacement they gave us didn't work that well. one of our AC's was broken when we moved in but we weren't informed that it didn't work or that it couldn't be fixedReview from Apartments.com
