Cats are permitted. Documentation for Emotional Support or Service animals will need to be provided to waive fees and restrictions. We accommodate up to two (2) pets. A pet is defined as a "domestic or tamed animal kept for companionship or pleasure". HOW TO APPLY Applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Office hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Photos and 3D tour used in the marketing may not be of the specific unit advertised. It is the responsibility of the interested persons to confirm the layout, square footage, amenities, etc. Screening will consist of a background and credit check. Financial documents, criminal history, rental history, and income amount will all be considered when evaluating an application.
