Great place to call home!
December 15, 2017I needed a short-term lease while I tied up some personal things in Port Huron before relocating to another state. Since I was short term, I didn't want to have to purchase kitchen appliances, microwave, washer, dryer, etc. Lake Village was the only place in Port Huron that could accommodate my requests. Management and maintenance exceeded my expectations. They always greeted me with a smile and were very helpful to all my concerns or requests and were always quick to attend to any problems ...that arose. Lake Village is a quiet, friendly and well-maintained community. The floor plan is perfect with incredible closet space. This was a great place to call home! The grounds and facilities are kept clean and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience having laundry within my unit and the optional garage. I lived at LV alone and couldn't have felt any safer.... just a beautiful community! The hardest thing about leaving Port Huron was leaving this my apartment at LV. August 14, 2015I like it here, clean and its taken care of, they have a great staff and maintenance on site also when needed i know cause i lost my key and they were quick and got me a new one. its a nice place for familys too plenty of rooms 2 to 3 bedrooms and all have 2 bathrooms its amazing. Simple but updated
July 31, 2015These apartments are neutrally decorated but recently remodeled and quite clean. Laundry in apartment. Comfortable size pool for those hot days and the key access keeps it from being used by random people and getting to noisy. Quick access to downtown, I-94, and biking trails along the lake. Management is friendly and responds to inquiries quickly. The neighbors are quiet and respectful, I never have issues with loud music or similar annoyances. Wonderful Atomosphere is Southern Port Huron
June 25, 2014We were a little worried about moving to a location at the South end of Port Huron, with the bad reputation it always had. Lake Village of Port Huron is under new management and by the same people that own Brookstone. We came in and toured the complex as well as the show apartment and were very happy. Not to mention, when you apply you have to have a background check as the owners do not want any problems within the complex. The place is very quiet and relaxing, the neighbors are great and ...friendly. Many people are new as well, with many apartments still being renovated to the new style like we have. It's a caring environment from the office and maintenance staff as well. The office staff has been very accommodating and helping us along the way. We actually had our new hot water heater go out the first weekend we stayed here, we called maintenance and they were out and had another new heater to replace the old one within an hour or 2 of our call! There was a leak in the sealing that we noticed around 6 or 7 at night, past the time that maintenance is on the clock, but someone came out that night to fix everything up. I really can't think of much to complain about either! Other than having to drive over train tracks to get to work now, but you can't blame the apartment for that!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
