It's hard to imagine a place like this exists in downtown when downtown should be high class! Nothing works and management is like Idiocracy.. save yourself the time and just go elsewhere like me!

Great location, even better amenities

I love living at the local. Across from the park and next to two grocery stores, it gives the best of downtown living.(rooftop sky deck anyone?) The apartments are beautiful, and both the staff and residents have been super friendly. Did I mention the free coffee bar? Come and join us, you will love it!

Hidden Fees and Parking Woes

I’m frustrated that they don’t provide free surface lot parking, which forces residents to pay $200 month for parking. And to make matters worse, they recently reassigned parking spots for all residents. I was luckily reassigned from a normal spot to compact spot, but I’m still paying the same amount of parking fee as before. They notify residents by sending three identical letters in different ways, the letters are aggressively highlighted in red telling you what MUST be done. And of course, ...
this kind of letter you can receive once a month, keeping reminding you the rules, making it feel like living in jail. It’s funny to see how many available rooms listed here while in the letter they claimed how limited the parking spots are. And don’t even get me started on the other nonsense fees, like the $20 monthly trash fee, no matter how many trash bags you deposited. The place is poor in sound isolation, and I can’t remember how many times I’v been woken up by the neighbor playing games and yelling at 3:00 AM. The environment is dusty as the construction is still not finished. My lease ends in August, and in five more months, I am free to go. Wish you have fun here if you are a future resident.
